Archiving of documents

Professional scanning of documents (digitization of documents, electronic archiving of documents), consisting of the massive converting documents from paper form to an electronic version.

    The service includes:
  • preparation of documents to be scanned (taking out the files, removing staples, sorting),
  • scanning,
  • arrangement of the original documents to the initial state,
  • saving scanned materials in the electronic version.
The scanned images are saved in any format (eg. TiFF, PDF, JPG or BMP) and made available to the customer's chosen form: on CD / DVD, removable disk, network drive, or via the website. An additional option is to recognize the scanned document (OCR) to a text format that can enable quick search and navigate the archived documents. The scanning process are used modern and efficient scanners to scan documents from business card size to A0.
